I'm sure most of you know my love for elderly fashion appeal but today takes the cake. I spotted the most amazing chic old lady! I see her here and there mostly on public transportation but this time I saw her at the local 7-Elven in Hollywood. I couldn't resist but ask if I could snap a photo of her just as she walked outside. Notice her glasses they are everything!!!

It's safe to say in LA we like to change faces and in this case so do boutiques! My good friends at Lallure have closed it doors on Hollywood and re-opened shop on Sunset. I got the opportunity to go to the fresh new store opening last week.... (gulp! I know a week to late to be posting) haha! LA FASHION WEEK

With the closing of New York Fashion Week, opens LA Fashion Week. I'll be the first to admit LA Fashion Week isn't the most excited of the "city fashion weeks" but.... it's all we got. For those of you who are scheduling your LA shows make sure to mark a date for the Zalez Studio show! I'm so excited to be hosting this event. I can't give away tooooo many details but I can say is, the collection definitely promises to showcase it's influences on future fashion with heavy inspirations by what future fashion would look like mixed with the past of nature. Pretty much it'll be wicked!!!!

Swerve On To The Next

Started working at a chic showroom located inside the New Mart Building in the fashion district in downtown LA. I'm so excited to start a new chapter in my life, it's definitely something that I've been wanting to work up to. Freelancing is definitely something I love to live by, I had such a hard time obeying the stress of a 9-6 daily routine, working long hours for little pay ahhhh so glad it's over. I'm leaving to the Magic Tradeshow on Monday with the showroom I am working for sooooo excited! I love going to the tradeshow during summer even though summer in Vegas is like walking inside a lit oven. But..... the pool parties are always fun to attend.

I am now repping Howl Clothing, I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am!!! I've been the biggest fan of Kayla Marquez aka the designer and aka genius behind Howl Clothing. Can't wait to get the ball rolling for Howl Clothing, it's going to be amazing and I have to say I've been waiting to support a clothing line that has passion, endurance and innovated thinking behind it.

Couple of weekends ago my friends and I took a trip to visit the closing of Rookie Road Trip at Space 15Twenty in Hollywood. I've been a fan of Tavi Gevinson for quite some time now and I loved seeing her all grown up in person. The exhibition was like a time travel back to my childhood, collaged notebooks, glitter pens, Leonardo Dicaprio's face cut out on everything, photos held with pink tape ahhhh the pre-teen days I boy! do I miss them.  I really enjoyed the closing of Tavi and Petra's summer US road trip tour it was definitely something to see.
