Spring is Upon Us!

wearing Field Guided Top courtesy of Sugarlips, Brocade Sunnies courtesy of Mangnet Showroom, Cheap Monday denim, and oxfords from F21, vintage gold chain and vintage scarf

Weather in California aka Los Angeles never goes along with the change in season, it's hot in winter and it's cold in summer. Sadly for us the first day of Spring was a little of both hot and cold.
Any who! I received a lovely package from Sugarlips this week, and might I add it was a lovely package indeed. I was quite taken back by the packaging. I received a black box with silver writing that read Sugarlips, inside I found this adorable top that was just perfect to wear on the first day of Spring! Check out the video above! My friends and I love the Arts District, we find some of the most amazing street art and in this case we came across a set of angel wings done by LA Street Artist Colette Miller. It was so pretty that I couldn't resist taking a photo.

We heard the Church Bells

wearing Dear Abigail dress from Sugarlips paired with a Ferragamo belt

Fez and I attended Alan and Jackie's wedding this past weekend. I wore a dress from Sugarlips and shoes from Lolashoetique and Fez wore a suit from H&M paired with a vintage tie. Alan and Jackie had a beautiful wedding that they DIY'd themselves. Ummmmm can we say WOW!!! Planning a wedding is stressful enough but planning your own wedding I'm sure is super stressful! I applaud them for putting on an amazing wedding for everyone to enjoy.

CONGRATS JACKIE AND ALAN!!!

“You can be betrayed in your sleep."

wearing Red Pepper Dress from Sugarlips, vintage Betsey Johnson wedges, ebay, door knock velvet chocker, and vintage fur hat.

I received a fun dress from Sugarlips this past week, I finally had the chance to were it out. I love this dress for 3 top reasons that come to my mind 1) I love how girly it is, if you know me I not much of wearing flirty dress. 2) ummmm can we talk about the color?  blues and reds are sooo pretty mixed together. 3) the texture, I love how silky it is!

My two great friends Leon Yeshua and Ann-Marie Hoang are the masterminds behind my hairstyle.  When it comes to hair color I try to be very... picky to say the least. My hair color choices come from life inspirations. My recent hair color inspiration comes from gem amethyst. I took a trip to a museum awhile back ago which showcased gems, stones and diamonds from around the world. If my memory could actually be functional at least in the long term memory department I'd be able to tell what museum it was. lol. anyways I really enjoyed seeing all these gems and all the array of colors. I was inspired by the amethyst gem and really wanted to portray the color way into my hair. I believe Ann-Marie nailed it! I loooooove my new hair color!!!!!!

Hello Stranger

wearing vintage floral button up, the "Curate a Collection" pants from Sugarlips, moto jacket from F21, wedges from lola's shoetique, vintage MCM purse

Special Thank You to Sugarlips from send me these amazing soft pants. I looooove them! At first i thought the style of the pants were going to be a bit tricky to style but it wasn't. I paired these pants with a thrifted button up and moto jacket to give it a bad ass feel.
